Personalized Sleep Plan
If you have not yet submitted the questionnaire, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a plan has been written for you it cannot be refunded, because the work has been done — but if it misses the mark, tell us and we will revise it.
AI Sleep Coach subscription
Cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial months. If you bought the Plan + Coach bundle, your first month of the coach is included; cancel before it ends and you will not be charged again.
